This is a graduate-level course in the field of Internet
measurement. It covers the goals of various kinds of Internet
measurements, the challenges that are presented by Internet
measurement, the methods and tools that have been developed to
facilitate Internet measurement, and the results that have been
obtained to date in measuring the Internet.
